Kylie Bryde

Kylie, became involved with the disability industry 27 years ago, after her son was born with disability. She shares the perspective experienced by many recipients and their carers in NDIS, she understands the trials, complications, grief, exhaustion, frustration, and isolation, as well as the joy, gratitude, excitement and celebration of success, healing and achievement.



Through this experience she recognised the need for more well-trained, adaptable, and proactive workers who understand how to teach life skills in an engaging and encouraging way, and who genuinely care about their clients achieving their hopes and goals.

Samuel Davies

Director
- Bachelor of Nursing 
- Experienced support Worker 

Samuel began working in the Disability support industry while he was studying for his nursing degree. As he cared for his clients during this time, he developed a love for supporting people with disability, and a deep appreciation for the opportunities it allowed him, to assist them in progressing along their individual paths.

This experience changed the entire direction of his career. Throughout this time he became aware of the significant issues NDIS participants, experienced in finding caring, proactive workers who were committed to providing them the quality support they needed, while being sensitive to their challenges and concerns.
